How to Place an Order

Thank you for your interest in ADI products and services. 

We can only accept orders through this website from customers within the United States and from our existing distributors only.

If you are an international customer, please contact your local distributor

If you cannot locate a distributor which represents your country, please contact us directly to place your order.

How to Order

Via This Website – You must have an enabled account to order from this website.  It may take 2-3 business days to enable an account for the first time.  If you want to order immediately, and you have not previously registered, or if your account is not enabled, please email or fax your order to us. (To ensure that your order is accurately received and processed, we only accept orders in writing.  Because we ship a perishable product to your location, it is important that we clearly understand the products that you want and your complete shipping address.)

In order to ensure that your order is accurately received and processed, we accept orders in writing only.

When placing an order, please provide the following information:

1. Company / Organization Name and Customer Number (if known)
2. Name, Telephone Number (include extension), Fax Number and E-mail Address of person placing the order.  Please note: The email address must be purchaser's company or organization email address.
3. Billing Information (complete address, including building and room number)
4. Delivery Address (complete address, including building and room number)
5. Purchase Order Number or Credit Card Number
6. Quote or Standing Order Number (if applicable)
7. Product REF Number / Product Description
8. Quantity Ordered / Product Size
9. Shipping Method* (eg, Standard, Overnight, Collect) 

*Please note, products specified for shipment with dry ice (DI) or gel ice/ wet pack (WP) will incur an additional shipping charge due to temperature, time and package handling requirements.  All other products ship at room temperature.  Collect freight shipments require your carrier account number and are subject to a handling fee.

Credit Card Payment Instructions

We accept payment via Visa and MasterCard only.  When paying using a Visa or MasterCard credit card, please provide the following information (by telephone only to protect the security of your information):

1. Type of Credit Card (Visa / MC)
2. Credit Card Number
3. Name on Credit Card
4. Credit Card Expiration Date
5. CVV (security) Code (3 digits located on back of the card in the signature strip)
