What does "WP" mean?

 

Products with “WP” in the description require shipment using gel ice (a Wet Pack).  “WP” denotes that the product has special temperature, time and packing requirements during shipping.  These shipments will incur an additional shipping charge of $38.50 USD.

   

What does "DI" mean?

 

Products with “DI” in the description require shipment using dry ice.  “DI” denotes that the product has special temperature, time and packing requirements during shipping.  These shipments will incur an additional shipping charge of $38.50 USD.

   

What does "CE" mean?

 

CE denotes an in vitro diagnostic medical device or an accessory to such device that complies with the essential requirements of the European Parliament and for which a declaration of Conformity has been prepared. CE marked products may be used in a clinical diagnostic setting within the European market.

   

What does "510(k)" mean?

 

510(k) denotes an in vitro diagnostic device (IVD) for which a premarket notification has been submitted under Section 510(k) of the Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act of the United States. 510(k) cleared products may be used in a clinical diagnostic setting within the United States.

   

Does ADI accept requests for collect freight shipments?

 

Yes.  Collect freight shipments require that you provide ADI with your carrier account number and method of shipment at the time of order and are subject to a $25.00 USD handling fee.

   

Does ADI have a minimum order amount?
